When you rent our email list you automatically agree to the following:
- GFR and its affiliates make no guarantee regarding the actual number of people who will respond to your advertisement or to any increase in sales.
- While GFR makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its mailing list and has had a very high historic delivery rate, GFR makes no guarantee regarding the number of emails that will be delivered for your advertisement.
- While GFR has made every effort to ensure that recipients do not object to receiving emails from GFR or its affiliates, GFR cannot guarantee that there will no complaints regarding your advertisement.
- In summary, GFR makes no representations as to the accuracy, merchantability or fitness of the email list.
